As a family run business founded in 1968, we guide clients through the design and build process from start to finishes, taking a holistic approach and considering the entire lifespan of the project and the building. From client lifestyle, to site sensitivity, budget and personal aesthetics, our skilled design, management and construction teams execute to the highest possible standards.

From the very start of our journey in building, we felt at home and very comfortable with Weststyle. Mary, from the start was very patient and confident in expressing her ideas about our block.
As first time builders, we were spoilt by the quality of service and detail that was offered by Weststyle. They really listened and took an interest in what our lifestyle was and manifested it into our home design. Every detail in the design was considered and well thought out and it translated into our eventual dream home.
As we were clients who are under a pretty strict budget, fitting everything we wanted into the design was very challenging. Mary and Courtney went above and beyond in accommodating for our cost cutting requests. Moreover, the building environment during this time saw unprecedented cost increases in labour and materials. However, Tony and the team were upfront with costs and found innovative solutions in keeping costs down to the minimum. Although ultimately we had to stretch beyond our initial budget, we felt it was reasonable given the market environment and we appreciated Tony and the team for the transparency and their willingness to compromise to build our home.
Sam, our supervisor, was also fantastic and very responsive to all our requests and questions. He was wonderful to work with and also an example of going the extra mile in ensuring the building process go smoothly and the end product is top quality.

It was such a pleasure building with Weststyle. From our very first meeting we felt like part of the family.
We came to the team with a few challenges to overcome, our enormous ambitions, a very narrow block and a 7-star energy rating requirement; nothing they couldn’t overcome.
Whilst the house was going to be built on such a narrow block, we never wanted it to feel small or cramped. We dreamed of light filled spaces, with lots of connection to the green outdoor spaces. Thanks to Weststyle, those dreams came true. We have created a home that is bright and warm, which links fluidly with the outdoors.
The whole process was a collaborative effort. We loved being a part of each step, everything from the initial planning meetings to the monthly site catch ups. Along the way the team was always refining the design and ensuring that we were going to love the finished product.
The quality of the build is second to none. Each trade took such pride in their work and it shows in the exemplary end result. The fastidious attention to detail and beautiful design features continue to blow us away.

We are eternally grateful to Tony and his remarkable team at Weststyle for building our dream home. We opted for Weststyle as we had been admiring Tony’s homes for years. We wanted a builder with an excellent reputation for local residential work and we were not disappointed. We wanted a contemporary, luxurious, well-constructed home that would suit the needs of our family. We wanted to achieve modern luxury that was practical and purposeful and the extra time taken by the Weststyle team ensured that the brief was met. The Weststyle team ensured that any small changes and adjustments were not issues at all.
The process was an absolute pleasure. From the architectural design to the selection of materials, lighting, colours and landscaping, the team always had great suggestions and it was their aim to make everything just right and to ensure that we were happy. It goes without saying that we absolutely adore our home, from the striking exterior brick work to our chocolate face brick dividing wall that shares its space between the alfresco and living area to our parent’s retreat, our home is exactly what we envisioned and encompasses the luxe feel we were after. We continue to receive compliments and were fortunate enough to have it included in the 2018 Christmas edition of the House and Garden Magazine.

When it was time to choose a builder to construct our forever home we were extremely meticulous. Other builders just didn’t quite understand our needs and our specific site requirements, but Weststyle understood exactly where we were coming from and by the end of our very first meeting we had chosen the one. Being a family owned and run business was incorporated into their personal approach and it was made clear very early on in the build that the values of honesty, trust and communication were paramount to Weststyle.

After securing a block of land we started our building process by engaging a “design and construct” business and after spending approximately 9 months in design and approval phrase were extremely disappointed when the lowest final tender price was 33% over budget and didn’t include many of the things specified.
In fact, we were just about to give up on the entire building process when we met Weststyle. If it wasn’t for Tony and his team, we would have sold our block and moved on with life.
We really enjoyed the collaborative relationship we forged with the Weststyle design team who listened to and enhanced our initial ideas and explained everything to us in language we could understand.
Once the design and selections were completed it was actually quite stress free due to a great site supervisor who always made himself available and the great team behind him who assisted with any variations necessary etc. to keep things on track. If something went wrong, they were quick to fix it and independently improved certain aspects during the build. Their post build service has also been second to none.
