There are a number of applications made for permits, insurances, bonds and approvals during the design and build process. We have dedicated personnel at Weststyle that manage and monitor these applications to make sure every ‘i’ is dotted and ‘t’ is crossed.
Most of these applications are to the local council and can range from demolition permits, crossover permits, certified building permits, development approval, construction management and practical completion.
