Sustainable design elements are becoming a requirement in the modern day, and at Weststyle our architects and designers incorporate passive solar design principles in every home that we design. This can include elements such as the orientation of the building, shading, materiality and thermal mass, insulation, glazing and more. Fundamentally, passive solar design not only takes advantage of the climate to maintain a comfortable internal temperature but it also creates healthier buildings.
As well as designing our own unique custom homes we have successfully collaborated with other highly commended architects in Perth on some amazing project and we welcome this.
