Wembley Residence // Heart and Home

Warmth, meets luxury, meets an abundance of greenery and ample space for a young, growing family at our recently completed Wembley residence. This modern home located in an enviable locale is classic, yet studded modern with details that would make any interiors enthusiasts pulse quicken.

At Weststyle, we understand intrinsically that the kitchen is the heart of the home, a place where the family gathers to eat, share stories, pore over homework at the table and occasionally fight over the last chocolate chip biscuit. It’s for this reason that we focus much of our attention on kitchen design and this stunning Wembley home is no exception.

Using a warm, neutral palette and natural textures – from the wall of cabinetry to the cascading 4.8m long island bench of Caesarstone Statuario Maximus – the kitchen of this modern home is a meeting place for a young family. It’s also jam-packed with remarkable features, such as a state of the art Zip Hydrotap with boiling and sparkling water and two integrated Canale Preparation Islands by Abey, which can be used to store utensils, display items and grow herbs.

A key challenge with this design and build was navigating the narrow width of the site. To meet the client’s brief we needed to maximise each outlook and opportunity for functionality. Ample, well-disguised storage is littered throughout and lush greenery can be spotted from every corner of the home, resulting in a space that is far more expansive than may be perceived from the outside.

Wembley Residence Overview:

– Open kitchen and dining space with a cabinetry wall adjacent to the kitchen disguising a study hub, under-stair storage and powder room.
– Living space that opens on to an alfresco space and pool, overlooked by a rooftop terrace.
– Upstairs master suite with walk-in robe, outdoor bath court, two minor bedrooms, bathroom with separate toilet and a sitting room towards the front of the home.
